Rules

1. The studio is open to you 24/7, whenever you need it. We're a fully automated, self-

service space, so there's no front desk or staff on-site. Y ou let yourself in and work

independently. Once you book, you'll get detailed instructions on how to use the space.

The door is unlocked remotely.

2. Early-morning and late-night bookings need to be made in advance (before 9 AM or

after 8 PM). The studio has an alarm system for security, so our admin needs time to

send you entry instructions and give you access.

3. Last-minute bookings are welcome as long as there are open spots.

4. To book a station, use the online booking link on our website.

5. Full prepayment is required for all bookings. Station payments are non-refundable if

you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. You can still reschedule,

though. One reschedule is allowed, and your payment will carry over to the new date.

6. When you book, you'll sign an agreement to follow the studio policies. We can't confirm

a booking without it.

7. You're responsible for the work you do with your clients. We ask that every one of your

clients signs an agreement with you directly, since we provide the workspace and

aren't responsible for your services.

8. The studio is available for masterclasses and trainings, and we handle those on a case-

by-case basis. A 30% deposit is required to rent out the entire studio. The deposit is

non-refundable if you cancel less than 7 days before your booking date. Y ou can

reschedule your event as long as you let us know at least 7 days in advance.

9. Y ou pay for all the hours you book. If you show up late or wrap up early, you'll still be

charged for the full time you booked, with no adjustments. Any delay of more than 10

minutes counts as an extra 30 minutes of rental time.

10. We don't assign specific stations ahead of time, so just grab any open one when you

arrive. If your station is free, you're welcome to settle in up to 10 minutes before your

booking starts. Each station fits a max of 3 people (e.g., makeup artist, hairstylist, and

client). While you're working, please stick to the station you picked.

11. An unlimited membership gives you 24/7 access to the studio for a full month, but it

doesn't hold a station for you. Y ou'll still need to book in advance, check availability, and

put your things away in the storage bins.

12. When you're done, please toss all your trash, push in your chair, and put back

everything you used for work and content shoots. Wipe down your station (table and

chair) with the cleaning supplies, and return all lights and tripods to their spots. If you

did a haircut, sweep the hair into the floor vacuum. If you used the café area, please

clean up your dishes, trash, and crumbs, and put any books and magazines back where

they belong. Please also make sure your clients and anyone who came with them leave

things tidy.

13. Artists are responsible for any damage to studio property. Smoking (including vapes)

and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.

14. Please help us keep the studio vibe calm and only use the area you're working in. Keep

things tidy, be respectful of other artists, and keep the noise down so everyone in the

space stays comfortable.

15. You and your clients are welcome to bring pets. We're pet-friendly and have water

bowls ready. We just ask that your furry friends stay calm and don't get too loud or

rowdy, so they don't startle or distract other artists. We're all about harmony, balance,

and a positive, inspiring atmosphere.
